Yeah, I’m gradually getting back into the swing of things and starting to recover some of the strength I’d lost.

I’ve been waiting, since the shooting, to hear that the killer was a Dutch communist.

Because it couldn’t possibly have been a White House-ordered hit, right? Though of course, the SCOTUS has decided that sitting presidents are above the law, so what difference would that make?

Three weeks post-op. The swelling is almost gone and the scar is getting less noticeable. As long as I’m careful about moving my neck and remember not to lift things I feel great.

13 days since my C4-6 fusion. The worst thing now is the tightness around the incision as it heals.

I’ve had no arthritis since the surgery. Post-op pain, but not the nerve pain I was having. It’s so much better.

I’m really glad I had the surgery. It’s been a life-changer.

Tired, sore, but on the road to recovery. I dressed myself and walked unescorted to the nurses’ station and back to my room several times.

I’m having surgery tomorrow morning and will probably not be online much for a day or two from this evening. Mellissa will post updates of how I’m doing.

Your company makes great stuff. I’d planned to start buying it again in happier times ahead. But to be honest your comment has made that less certain.

It’s not a question of painting anyone with the same brush. I have lots of American friends and family. I’m just not supporting the economy of a country that’s threatening economic- and actual war with mine.

This is a good thing, but I’m still avoiding purchasing US-made products until you’re no longer governed by Nazis and frat boys.

Most of them were already too expensive to qualify, but this is still a great step.

Did a bit of hobby work this afternoon towards some Vietnam War gaming I’d like to do using a variant of “Rapid Fire! Reloaded”. I have two different versions of this vehicle and decided to build the basic APC first and then the Fire Support version.
