The original piece was supposed to be mocking and hateful, but it got so much warm and appreciative response, the artist who intended it to be kink disgust took it down in a huff. So of course it has been reposted a billion times on X.

Nobody made that comparison. It was a comment on "I am repelled by this thing I am seeing, therefore this thing should be condemned, and does not deserve to exist." Dictating what are allowable fantasies is some hard-core thought police action.

I grew up in Oklahoma, and I remember a bridge that was built in the early 1900's. Because that had been Cherokee land, the bridge was decorated with swastikas, which were a Cherokee symbol of fortune. Continuing to heap hate on an image just gives rotten people more power over us.

Then you definitely shouldn't do that. Should you have the right to decide for everybody else what they are allowed to enjoy? I've always despised erotica involving vampires. Most of them are copyrighted characters, like Twilight. Perhaps we can get rid of that, too.

My dog is doing NOTHING. It's the reaction of the person SEEING him—THEIR fear. THEIR revulsion. THEIR belief he shouldn't exist. Exactly the same as you describe for seeing art that you believe shouldn't exist.
