fantasy is probably my favorite genre to read but lately i’ve been really vibing with sci fi. i’m trying to read a fantasy series that i know i love but i can’t get into it because it’s not scratching the sci fi itch. 😭
i’ve read 81 books so far this year, do we think i can make it to 100? 📚💙

i turned notifications off for most apps on my phone and it’s caused a pretty noticeable decrease in screen time. it’s been really good for my mental health.

Try and commit some time each week to playing video games from your childhood/teen years that made you happy.
And when you do, take a break from social media, etc. to focus on it and reconnect with your inner child.
You're only as old as you feel, and sometimes it's good to feel like a kid again.💫

how do i get myself to read a book someone loaned to me that i’m not interested in? they are so excited for me to read it but i can’t get myself to even start.
