I wonder if Labour have really thought through the implications of creating multiple desperate, persecuted underclasses whilst making it clear the courts will not provide justice and there is no peaceful route to change they will accept.
It's true that the Tories stuffed NHS institutions with transphobes, but not removing (or sidelining) them was 100% a Labour decision. This latest surge in transphobia (including the Supreme Court decision, which they could have overturned but didn't) is 100% Labour policy and 100% Labour's fault.
