I've been mostly bedridden since late 2022, with new weird symptoms showing up as I've gotten worse.
The difficulty is discerning what's what, because I also have a few other conditions that cause some far less crippling effects in my booootayyy.

My case hit me as a result of an infection, with minor symptoms in childhood—likely brought on by an ear infection—prominent enough that it caused me a great deal discomfort &
difficulty in daily life.

My voice stopped working, I developed insomnia.... Then fatigue came & went (reappeared in 2019)

Other symptoms include chronic pain, unexplained muscle weakness, cognitive difficulties & more

One theory with some support is that our mitochondria are actively being attacked by our own bodies in a way to "protect us".
