Is that Corso Como in Milan? That is an incredible street. Funny how the worldβs first intercity auto highway was conceived and built just a mile west from there.
Housing costs in Escondido are 150% of the national average and rising (10th worst). We need homes to drive down prices. We need young people for long term growth. And, we need homes near transit to safely deliver those people to jobs (the mall is next to great transit!). But we chose.... bowling?

The bigger conversation here that I hope starts to bubble into peoples conscious is the fact that the entire knowledge base that we have, and will have going forward is digital, and can disappear in the blink of an eye at the whims of any person who deems it fit, we need to protect the knowledge. οΏΌ
