Dozens of booths of #GDC advertise "AI-powered something". Various types, but most of which promise their service can generate the entire game for you.

The softtek one doesn't seem TOO bad. The rest are gross. Wonder if GDC is going to feel the hit of all this AI stuff polluting their convention.

At GDC and the fact the CWA union booth is flanked on all sides by stands claiming to be able to use AI to make development easier feels too on the nose

The amount of generative AI garbage at GDC is disheartening. Someone was peddling free AI-written books about AI, so at least the local homeless population has access to toliet paper. Gotta be a "glass half full" kind of guy in these trying times.
