I meditate, take ashwaghanda, glycine and magnesium at night and I sleep like a baby and dream a lot. Some are not so nice. The world is at war so no joy in the current affairs. Worried about internment camps & the Fall elections.. My kids are okay. I’m working too hard but it’s better than moping.
