Monday: 1 hour PT, easy 5k,
Tuesday: 8.5 mile progression run,
Wednesday: 7 mile club run,
Thursday: 16 mile tempo,
Friday: easy 5k,
Saturday: 10 mile tempo.

Highlight for my teenage daughters was sending each other insults using Morse Code.
We just had our hip and ridge tiles completely replaced after Storm Goretti damage.
They are the tiles that run across the slates at the joining points of the roof.
It was £1,990 with scaffold and took a day.
Based on that, I reckon the whole roof would have been £8k+.
