For 47 years, Iranians have risen up thousands of times to reclaim the greatness they lost. In these final moments of their fight, stand with them as they take back their country's freedom.

I saw it as a tool to teach critical and structured reading of papers, especially early in oneβs career or when the topic is outside oneβs expertise. I therefore recommended that the students try it themselves. Thank you for developing such a great tool.
I used it for my journal club teaching session. Great experience β it brought up additional points beyond what I initially wanted to highlight to the students.

Yay! Our findings on the antidepressant drug vilazodone binding to the serotonin transporter (SERT) are out! We used cryo-electron microscopy and other advanced biophysics to provide data suggesting two high affinity binding poses.

Our paper on SLC45A4 is out now in @nature.com! The orphan SLC45A4 transporter is a polyamine transporter involved in chronic pain signalling!
I am excited to share our latest preprint presenting the structure of human NHE6, a key endosomal NaβΊ/HβΊ exchanger involved in Christianson syndrome.
We bring together #cryo-EM, NMR, SAXS, lipidomics, and functional assays for an integrative analysis of NHE6 architecture, function, and regulation.
Check out this fascinating study on a fungal multipass translocon! What's really neat is how they did it: cryo-EM structure from the endogenously tagged and purified SND3 complex. It will be exciting to see if there is any potential for SBDD against fungi, Trypanosoma, and Leishmania (?).
We are excited to present the first #cryoEM structures of human GABA transporter 3 β GAT3 β bound to an in-house selective inhibitor, SR-THAP, to substrate GABA, and in the substrate-free state!

I am very grateful that you were my opponent and joined us in Aarhus, also giving such an interesting lecture on the SND pathway! I really enjoyed it a lot.
Oh yeah, P-types β€οΈππ and the copper one, ATP7B!
It was a great day full of science. Thank you so much everyone for being involved!
Thank you very much, Charlott, for these kind words and for being such a great supervisor!
Thank you so much, Thibaud. It was so great that I could start this journey with you, I am very grateful for that.
Thank you so much for guiding me on this amazing journey, @poulnissen.bsky.social, @charlottstock.bsky.social, and @tdieudonne.bsky.social. So great and thorough discussion with @melaniemcdowell.bsky.social, @henrietteautzen.bsky.social and Daan van Aalten. I highly appreciate your involvement.
