Also a tip on if your having an anxiety attack buy some sour sweets.The sourness distracts the nervios system making you calm down more.The sourer the sweet the better!I also breathe in for ten seconds, hold for ten seconds and then breathe out for ten seconds and repeat the process!Hope this helps!
