Cabbage made sense seasonally I guess & the books use sauerkraut as camouflage. Last week C & J had a random herring comment & I was like huh? Instead of whisky🛢️📦? But this week she was busy making sauerkraut. Nod to book Claire constantly cooking, preserving & worrying about botulism & stuff!

7) Jamie + Young Ian's scene was beautifully simple. Finally hearing Ian say "you've been like a second father to me my whole life" and hearing Jamie lament how he missed ALL his children's childhoods (counting Fergus among them MY HEART!!). Sam + JB played this perfectly 💜

We're missing one Grey son too but that's not as glaring. I was so happy to see Denny though!
