About Hi, I'm Dr. Hilary Agro. I live in Tkaronto and I'm an anthropologist. My Master's research, which was the inception for this blog, was on the subject of drug use, harm reduction and electronic dance music culture in Toronto. My PhD research was on drug policy, activism and the harms of drug prohibition. I have a lot of strong feelings about stuff and like to swear a lot when I write, and this is where I'm free to do that. Take that, performative academic professionalism.
