Today marks the offical day that gibbons became my favourite of all monkeys.
I won't be working much today. I'll just be thinking about the scene I'm going to write after work.
I need lots of bubbling tension and opposing views as a fractured group try and complete a singular goal.
Any suggested scenes from films/books I can watch/read as inspiration?

Just got back from footy.
My legs are now 90% bruises which I think means I'm dying but I scored two really good goals so it's worth it.
A comfortable 600 words last night. Mainly all dialogue so it came to me fairly easy.
I've heard people struggle with dialogue but I always enjoy it. Whether it's good is another question.
What are your thoughts on writing dialogue?
