I think CSM really suffers from being week to week, like it’s scenes read way better when read all at once rather than broken up. This latest chapter was really good, too idk where else it could have gone.

there was a moment near the very end where my wife went "oh yea, I head they were going with this ending being canon" and then like a woosh sound effect with a comical zoom into my face happens and i go "no wait I remember hearing they do something worse"
