I was hearing something that sounded like mouse chewing in the kitchen the other day. It stopped when i pulled the stove away from the wall.

Then i saw how yucky it was back there and scrubbed (everything) and put the stove back and no noises since 🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe the grime was snacking on itself idk.

Finished my first book of 2026.

Last year I lifted weights 51 times and read 107 books. That's an honest inventory, like it or not. (I'm inclined not to like the proportions) 🫣

I thought this was depressing and tedious but then I was like wait, what? then I loved it by the end.

Six gift wrappped xmas presents in a cardboard box and laundry basket. The wrapping paper is shiny silver with houses in blue, white and red -- or white tissue paper with big green dots.

Worked out this morning, cheered me up no end. The dumbbell i dropped on my injured thumb opened it up again. 🫣 Did not text pix to friends 🙃 No signs of infection.

Without that thumb i can wrap 6 presents per hour.

Should do the ones for mailing off first. Did not.
