Does this grindset also apply to flavortown?
Any actions that do come out of the meeting go *poof* until the next meeting, and so on. We are constantly context shifting to the next meeting, and not optimizing our time to work together and burn down what's already on our collective plate.
IMO - it's the "structured" blocks we use to collaborate. Meetings mostly focus on context, and not enough actions or decisions being made.
