We can apparently take the Russians at their word.

Razor-sharp mind, this one.

A closeup of two serious looking cats, litter mates, sitting side by side, loaf style, at the edge of a desk. The photo is taken from below, giving them an air of authority. On the left is tabby cat Joe, looking stern. On the right is Frankie, tabby striped on his back and forehead, mostly white in front, with a Christmas tree shaped splotch on his nose. Frankie is managing to look even more serious than Joe. An intimidating pair.

That Trump repeats calls for Iran's unconditional surrender on same day he's got the defence industrial chiefs round for an emergency meeting on military supplies perfectly sums up his grasp of ends & means.

I’ve spent years, decades, obsessing over the Bush Administration’s Iraq WMD lies, writing about them, debunking them.

I can think of no lie about Iraq WMDs told by Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al that comes even close to the enormity and absurdity of this lie from Donald Trump.

Colin Murphy: British Labour’s descent to by-election humiliation started with Tony Blair’s landslide As Keir Starmer’s Labour hits a humiliating new low, coming third in a by-election for what had previously been a safe seat, there is a clear point of origin for the decline of Labour β€” Tony Blair.

Joe Rogan's back today; his last interview (Friday) was a friendly one with Kennedy. Fairly curious to see how he deals with Iran, as his show was a forum for the Tulsi/Trump "vote against Kamala because she'll get us in to war" ruse

As journalists working today many of us are taught to recognise disinformation when we see it and fight back against it.

Unfortunately there are some who willingly seek it out and put it on their front pages. A disgrace to the profession.

This is stenography, not news reporting. The BBC ought to provide some context, such as putting the scale of the changes which Reform claim are possible into context. This omits the major policy of revoking ILR and deporting legal migrants at unprecedented scale.
