Ar tonelico II was out 17 Years Ago (2009)! Maybe the best of the series with improved gameplay, fights with rhythm elements, and more great Hymmnos music (it's one of those rare IPs with a well-made fantasy language!).๐ต Quite unique, this one.

I have had multiple surgeries and been in the hospital after a car accident at high speeds and my wisdom teeth removal was still one of the most painful procedures I've had done.
They didn't give me nearly enough painkillers for recovery, as if you're supposed to just go home and shake it offer.

Mana Khemia 1 had no right being as good as it was. Genuinely wish Gust had kept evolving the battle system instead of going back to minimal a few years later.
Evil for evil's sake is basically my least favorite style of storytelling. There is nothing lost by adding weight to your antagonist characters.

I replayed Xenogears recently and I have to give it credit for having some decently complex dungeons that require a good chunk of spatial awareness.

I didn't hear anything about the Hilda event beforehand from CN (good or bad) but usually that is kind of dire but I was wowed. Absolutely one of the best they've released (A style of Sinner similar to Immortals - coincidence? Maybe. But I am looking forward to more)
