I really wish you could just write or copy paste one long text and have it auto split into multiple posts if it exceeds the character limit.

I am constantly copy pasting, cutting, seeing it still exeeds pasting it back cutting more text and on and on until it fits into the thread...

I used to do thumbnails for a lot of Twitch streams long ago... actually it was even before I started multi-streaming to YouTube (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)

So please don't give up if you're looking for like-minded people. It can be a tiring process but I'm sure you'll find amazing people if you keep trying!

People rarely speak of positive things such as finding like-minded people or having good experiences. If they do it doesn't get pushed and seen. Negativity gets pushed a lot more easily. Negativity is also more easily remembered than positive experiences.

There's sadly many bad apples and drama among VTubers but please don't get discouraged about reaching out to people.

There's also really good and amazing people in this community. Just like in the news you only ever hear the negatives.

In the end it's all a matter of preference. There's no correct way to do VTubing

One person likes loud, chaotic VTubers and another likes chill, quiet VTubers.

You can't be both at the same time.
It's okay not to be everyone's cup of tea

The most important part is to be the way you want to be. People who like you for who you are will stick around.

VTubers just be yourself and do what makes YOU happy.
Seiso or lewd. Gremlin or cozy. Idol like or personal. The list goes on.
There is no right or wrong.

It is legitimately impossible to appease everyone and be likeable to everyone.

Many things are easy to just Google. Read a ToS yourself, etc.
The most reliable is if you can find multiple studies conducted sharing same or similar results but depending on the topic this isn't possible.

Please just stop believing everything you see.

You usually want evidence of the claim being true. If there is only one source for something I'd be wary. Especially if it's one person claiming they know this. This may sound contradictory but you should always take information with a grain of salt if you cannot verify it yourself.

Independent experts or organisations are a good go-to

People who are transparent with how they found the information (e.g. they work in the industry & can explain how they got this information) can also be reliable. However, please don't just believe Amy works at Nintendo just because she said so

What makes a source reliable?
Always be wary if the person gains something from making you believe it. E.g. If the National Chocolate Foundation says chocolate is prolonging lives you should maybe fact check this more as they might just want you to go buy chocolate without these claims being true.

What source is there? Is the source legitimate? AI is not a reliable source. Dig deeper to find an actual source. If there is none you can assume it's not true.

If there is a source you still need to make sure it's a reliable one!

VTubers please use your critical thinking skills once in a while!
