I do, it helps me stay accountable, but I recently discovered that I have a lot of allergies/intolerances to major common food items (dairy, gluten, corn, eggs, celery, broccoli, and more) so it’s helped me feel very supported to have help adjusting my diet
We bout in the same boat seem like 🤣 I take vitamin D supplements daily cause I’m deficient there too lmao and also eat a ton of carrots regularly cause I like them (vitamin a)
I started taking the gentle iron supplements any they worked wonders as someone chronically iron deficient but not quite anemic. I’m not a big red meat person, but I had never thought about fish for iron! I’ll have to ask my dietitian about that tomorrow!

I haven’t, but just a note that there’s research out there that cod liver oil tends to increase likelihood of bone density loss. This is why it’s not sold in stores as readily anymore as opposed to “fish oil” which has similar health benefits w/o the potential tendency toward bone density loss
