Glad I'm not the only one. I've been really into the Olympics this year and that gold medal winning game seemed to be the cherry on top of a really fun few weeks. To have everything unfold how it did really affected me. Why are so many men so gross? The bar is in hell and they still can't meet it.

When it comes to role models for kids-- or adults-- give me someone who's endured trauma, but who is actively working a recovery, who proactively accepts & manages their limitations & vulnerabilities w/ skill & humility, over someone who's effortlessly "mentally healthy" any day.
