It was totally manufactured. We won trials in NY, Ohio, CA but heartbreakingly lost the one in WV which was the epicenter of the epidemic. There were company emails mocking them as pillbillies. It’s on appeal. A lot of the cases have settled. I sleep well at night knowing we fight the good fight.
