Our women-only Sisterhood Group offers a safe space where women can connect, make friends, and support one another. Many have experienced trauma, including domestic abuse or homelessness.

Due to falling temperatures, several councils are offering emergency accommodation for people who are rough sleeping. We’re working with these councils to get everyone inside. We're also carrying out welfare checks and handing out supplies - work that you make possible.

We've been working hard to keep people safe during the recent water outages. Some families living in temporary accommodation had no access to running water, so we've been delivering water bottles to them. Thankfully, no Porchlight properties have been affected by the outages.

A fresh start for one of our garden spaces
Thanks to Jenner Construction, who transformed this garden free of charge alongside staff and residents, and Fidelity International, whose grant funded the materials. This new outdoor space will help residents feel safe, relaxed in their recovery.
