This has nothing to do with fraud.

The agents Trump allegedly sent to investigate fraud are shooting protesters and arresting children. His DOJ is gutting the U.S. Attorney’s Office and crippling their ability to prosecute fraud. And every week Trump pardons another fraudster.

I don't know why the federal government has declared war on my state, but this is clearly because their attempt to conduct an invasion was thwarted. So they're now retaliating economically.

Aside from being nonsensical, is this also part of the attack on MN? MN companies are huge players in the medical device industry.

a) I don't see any way this is legal, and it will likely get shot down when our AG sues.

b) I have yet to see any evidence that MN is a particular outlier in Medicaid program integrity, recent scandal notwithstanding.

c) Rhetorical Q: what problem does this administration have with MN???
