My Dad died in 2004 when I was 45 & it wrecked me. Grief consumed me for months. Music has always been my best companion, & I found an album by Beth Neilson Chapman called "Sand and Water", which she wrote as catharsis after her husband died. It has helped countless people cope with loss.
