Various groups, such as the Egham and Englefield Green Covid-19 Mutual Aid Group, volunteered to help the vulnerable and isolated.
Their duties involved dropping off shopping, collecting perscriptions, walking the dogs, and telephone chats for people feeling lonely.

Royal Holloway University in Englefield Green used its historic picture gallery as a testing site and Jays Pharmacy on Egham High Street acted as a vaccine centre.

However, Magna Carta Day is celebrated on the closest Saturday to the 15th each year.

There are also celebrations on Sunday, the actual anniversary, at the Runnymede, where it all began!

We’re excited to have our own stand at the Meadows on Sunday for the very first time!
