The data handling aspects are good, however the need to use a credit cart as a backup still isn't ideal. Credit card usage in the UK is FAR less than in the US and lots of people don't even have one purely out of choice. Forcing people to get a credit card ain't it.

I know a couple of pre-rinse skippers; utterly untrustworthy, possibly psychopathic.
