It’s been quite a while, but yes, I have been to High Cliff State Park. This past summer I hiked at Peninsula State Park in Door County. Lots of great places to see in Wisconsin.

You might enjoy “Wisconsin’s Ancient Geological Treasure / Dells of the Eau Claire / Uniquely Wisconsin.” It is on the Discover Wisconsin You Tube channel. It was posted a month or so ago and runs 7 minutes, 31 seconds.

With hundreds of pounds of plants in our gardens for the taking, the deer, those cervine gluttons, just have to eat most of the flowers on our one hardy mum plant. I suppose the stems are too rough for their delicate digestive tracts. Really annoying!
