The per mile thing only makes sense if we're doing an apples-to-apples look at motorways, maybe rural roads. It's silly for an overall picture of automobile safety.
"I was in multiple firefights in Iraq and Afg, but I'm professionally world's smollest bean."
(And a hearty go fuck yourself to everyone who told me the military wouldn't follow illegal orders. MFers, I was in; I know those guys!)
4-star: Sounds good. No pushback from me!
Laken Riley was enough to cross him off anyone's list, but dude has dozens of other indefensible votes. Just a blowhard cosplaying as John McCain.
Forget voting to impeach. The Dem Senate caucus can not even vote in lockstep against critical cabinet-level Trump nominees!!!
Nothing makes me briefly consider giving up and leaving the US than the cowardice of these Weimar Dems who are welcoming in fascism.
Iβve said it before, and plenty of others have too, but I feel the need to declare again that these people, who will immediately pretend they had nothing to do with Trump when he goes, must never be allowed to shed his stink. Never.

I really wish more people would grasp that being "pro-troop" often means being anti-officer and anti-White House
Symbols matter way more than they should to a big chunk of the population. (I also don't think that chunk is evenly distributed politically.)
And if it's a military target inside the US, 95% of us will jump straight to "terrorism".
I think my kid is the only one in kindergarten who's been on the real roller coasters
(I see I'm not the only one who didn't like some of the Dune casting decisions.)
Yeah - just thinking about regional differences, too. Midwest prob wasn't doing too bad with its good schools. My perspective is the South where I'm guessing it was ~1% just for white men.

My wife's friend married a Danish guy and has lived there 20 years. The "leave your baby outside no matter what" thing was #1 on her "stuff Danish people do" list.

Democrats need to put forward a plan for handling the thousands of prosecutions and mass firings of senior officers across DoD (and the rest of the govt).
They can't pull that Obama/Biden "look forward" nonsense if they want to turn this country around.
Any list without "hot mess" can be ignored
