I think a lot about why there’s so much focus on the top bar instead of the bottom bar. Perhaps because most people identify as drivers and don’t want to be inconvenienced by additional regulations, while cyclists are still the “other”?

All devices behind a router have the same public IP address. Duplicate IPs mean multiple people in the same house / coffee shop / library / office took the survey.
This is only suspicious if there was a huge # from 1 address, or if you think a human living / eating / working with others is odd.
