Just finished roasting a scored, seasoned, seared pork belly slab for sandwiches.

I do not know how, but my baby banjo hurt himself -back left leg - in the bedroom yesterday near this time. He has been limping and subdued. Poor thing. I know he is hurting. No word on fractures/breaks yet.

I was a very busy boy today. I bring my tropical plants inside during the freezing snowy months and today, in 81° heat, put them back outside. I feel accomplished. And tired.
