I’ve started a photo project for 2026! Inspired by the numerous sets of #RiverValley stairs in the City of #Edmonton, I'll be photographing some of them, sharing their story as I’ve experienced them, in the nearly 25 years I’ve lived here.

First up! 👇🏻

I'm in AB, essentially Canada's MAGA headquarters. I did *not* vote for the "leader" of this province, and I know I don't like being lumped in w/ those who did. I think it's what keeps me to holding some empathy--not for the regime, but for humanity.

In his previous video, he outlines actions to take as Canadians in resistance to the US, using the acronym GUARD.

D = Distinguish people from their regimes

Your comment affirms the importance of that distinguishing, and I think that's what his initiative is about. Hate the regime, not the people.

Why does it have to be one or the other?

Why not both/and?

If you are unable to start your own initiative for clean drinking water to Indigenous communities, please share a link to initiatives in Canada already happening; I'm sure many would love to support.
