I actually don't mind making wigs. Both wig making and hand blushing are parts I generally like, unlike painting faceups. ๐ตโ๐ซ
Since she's such a tiny doll, her curlers would be toothpicks ๐ญ
She has wavy hair, so I'm still considering how to go about it. Like on one hand, simply brushing it out but not straightening it will give waves, but straightening usually makes the fibers shinier and softer imo, so do I wanna find a way to remake the waves..?
I'd like to try making Phodelise's wig this weekend. It's still in the "brushing out yarn" stage.

When the weather is more agreeable, I do want to blush their hands myself, though. I would do the whole body, but a character like Setsu who is covered from the chin down, what's the purpose of a full body blush...?

All things considered, this is the first wig I made and one of the first faceups that I've kept. I still have a long way to go to get to the level I want to be at...
This is because the colors and lines are too soft and pale. From a distance, I can't see them at all... I really wanted to paint them myself to show my love for their character, but I'm done in by my own lack of skill...
I kinda want to send Setsu off to an artist to get them a nicer faceup... I don't really like how I painted them and it makes me a little embarrassed to show them, and because my eyesight isn't the best, I don't even fully appreciate their appearance IRL.
