Absolutely! Tarkov especially that gunplay is just PERFECT for that sort of game. Until then though I'll be grinding out the same 4 co-op shooters I've been playing for 6 years lol
At least GTFO keeps me from running out of gameplay when I can't clear for months on end?
Definitely will have to check those out! I still am holding out that false hope either Tarkov or Hunt: Showdown finally realizes the potential of this. I wanna run around Not-Ikea with my Mosin Obrez with friends in a more chill setting.
If Marathon had a purely PvE mode, I'd give it a swing~
Until then, PvEvP remains a no-go~
Same here. It's still wild to me we haven't seen a full PvE extraction shooter yet. It'd be an awesome concept to get kinda that Payday feel but on a much grander scale.
Okay, so Highguard is dead. Now can we FINALLY stop with PVP GaaS slop? There's so many untapped concepts for co-op games but we keep seeing PVP games. I'd love something new to finally break the monotony of playing the same co-op shooters for the past 6 years, since nothing good came out since.

100 children dead in Iran because Americans voted in a pedophile
100 children that are never going home because of Trump
If you still support him, get the fuck out of here. I never want to see you again
2 grand would genuinely solve so many things in my life right now and the fact it would be from a fuck elon stimulus would make it that much better. Not to mention how much it'd save my family stress. Between us all, that's like 4 months of not worrying. And fixing what's needed.
When voting in the Dem primaries this year these are your main indicators as to whether somebody is a progressive:
They recognise the Palestinian genocide & call it such β
Leans into policy instead of idpol or platitudes β
They take AIPAC/affiliate campaign contributions β
Wants to "reform" ICE β
hi guys I know I haven't been very active lately, and I don't talk about where I'm from often, but the government made some really scary announcements today so I thought I'd share to let everyone know what's happening. here are some posts from twt for context
Sucks so much to have rust develop almost instantly where if I don't grind something out I'll never get another shot at it again. Learned my lesson so hard with Yozora. I can't stop working at something or I just lose my chance to clear entirely.
HUGE. HUGE HUGE UPDATE. We had a mechanic come out. He thinks it's the fuel pump. He quoted around $500 so we're needing $200. Family helped some of the way. But we're still a bit short. We have our main mechanic coming on Tuesday to verify and repair. We're close to the end of this!
Another update: The truck is home. We're narrowing it down as best we can before our mechanic is able to look at it. He's busy so it'll be a couple days before he can come here. So we're hoping to have an idea of what caused such a severe failure by then.
Alright, wanted to give the first of probably many updates. We just found out we had oil still in the car. So it's NOT leaking oil. That changes a lot of things. We now, don't know what's wrong yet.
Wanted to comment but was asleep by the time this was posted last night. Just got home from... what could've been debated as the worst night of my life.
So, this is gonna be a bit of a big thread. Because a LOT has happened in the past 24 hours.
Once again, thank you to ANYONE who can give. It means the world to me to know people are willing to help after I've been struggling with this for almost 8 years. I never wanted to ask for help because I thought I'd be a burden if I did, but I've reached a point where we can't do it alone, anymore.
Aside from that- We're using the money for food and water, because that's the only thing we can't put on the back burner in favor of the vehicle. There's a lot of other issues involving the house that need to be fixed, but that's been "normal" for me for years. So I'm not too worried about it.
Other things are mostly minor. Catalytic Converter is busted, there's a broken hose we assumed was the problem during the breakdown. But now have learned it's a critical oil leak. We can get the minor things done as they're needed but the oil leak needs to be resolved first and foremost.
We know of a few things wrong with it that we've been ignoring due to it still driving, and not having money to fix it. The biggest issue being- It's 4 cylinder engine, but we've been driving on 3. The 4th one is busted and we need a new engine but that's too expensive to get right now.
Right now, the plan is to get the truck fixed. That's Priority #1. We don't know 100% what's wrong with it but I will be posting updates here in this thread, to keep it organized. It could be a simple fix, it could be a MAJOR issue. Right now? We're in the dark too.
Someone has given $65 last I checked and whoever did, thank you so much. That will get us groceries to last us a while until we can get the vehicle fixed. We can't even collect the paycheck, because we need a car to get to it and the bank after. It's around a 30 minute drive from home to get there.
I ended up calling my aunt who managed to get us home. The truck needs to be towed to our house later today so my aunt can get us back to the truck, and we need to fix the truck still.
So, that's the situation we're in now. No money, no supplies, no vehicle to make money.
From there, we got 3 quarts of oil, and hopeful we could make it, took off for home. We made it... 2 miles. And all the oil was gone. So once again, I had to push the truck, into a bus stop. We tried to get in touch with insurance for a DIFFERENT tow truck, and got stuck on hold.
We then attempted to drive it home, which was a big mistake. We stalled out at a light and had to push the truck. We lost $30 trying to fill the truck with oil. And our last $10 we helped someone in a worse spot than us with, after he ran up to help push the truck across the light.
First thing's first, we lost our car. It broke down during work, we thought we fixed it, it broke down again in a gas station parking lot. We then got scammed by a tow truck company that never came. And lost $6.50 on an overage fee. Which was a MAJOR hit when we only had $48.
