The bonus to waking up early and then failing to fall back asleep is ive got my first batch of amaretti in the oven before my morning alarm was supposed to go off. Truly missed my calling of waking up at 3 am to make bread at a cute bakery.

Me? There is no going back to sleep. Awake forever now.

Sometimes you wake up at ass thirty in the morning to blow your nose and your husband says to you "that's a lot of slurping," in this fully coherent way that suggests he is awake... and then five seconds later he is back to deep sleep. The audacity!

Entering the embroidery era. I like that you can see me start to get the hang of that herringbone stitch. Starting to get to the point where I'm happy with the little "tears."

Absolutely dying. I've managed yo stain an oddly shaped, large part of my dress pattern. Something I have ALREADY done once before. If I can't get the stain out, I'm gunna have to go get replacement fabric... again

I will be using the dancer pattern from @indigojinjo for the main dress. Managed to do all the satin stitching on the main dress. For some reason I decided that the "lining" of each piece also needed the gold trim. Even though some parts will definitely not be seen.

Apparently, my brain decided that step one was to tackle the arm scarves. So, I knit some lace with pattern that is reminiscent of her "golden leaf" from the trim on her dress.

I didn't want to do another majority white cosplay, so we are pulling colors from her timeskip design.

Satin stitching by machine makes me want to scream. I just gotta keep telling myself it is almost done.

Starting to acquire supplies for my next project. I could cry, the yarn i used on TS!Lys is a good match for the gold accent fabric that I got. It always makes my heart melt when I get to re-use supplies I bought for that build.
