Streaming is so fun and whimsical but stream setup is awful and occasionally scary (said across the house from my streaming room, eyeing the door wearily, should've started setup half an hour ago at least)

FROSTY TOOLS SUCKS Because it relies on generative AI, a process that hinges on stolen training data, and uses dangerous amounts of energy & water to power each shoutout. The creator has admitted to using “The Pile” in the FrostyTools training data[1], which includes stolen Youtube Subtitles, Self-Published books and Academic Papers[2], directly stealing from small artists & creators without permission or compensation. Based on the output from other models, each message from Frostytools can use up to an 500ml (18oz) of water & enough energy to fully charge your phone 7 times.[3] Stop using FrostyTools. It is stealing work and polluting the planet to shoutout your raiders. Just use a non-AI chatbot instead.
