Yeah, I found lots of tutorials that told me to go to the artist page and use the meatball menu next to the subscribe button to block....but the meatball menu doesn't seem to exist anymore.

I could not find a way to lay last night that did not aggravate the injury. Very little sleep was had and hurts more this morning.

While getting ready for bed I sniffled and somehow tweaked my back. My left shoulder blade feels like it's being pulled towards my spine and there's a sharp pain just to the left of my spine.
I did play beat saber earlier, is this a delayed punishment?

Also, some meds that have a "don't mix with alcohol" warning are more serious than others (talk to your pharmacist for specifics). Acetaminophen is one of the serious ones. See Op's you're beating your liver up warning.

I've got degenerative disc disease & bulging discs in my lumbar, so I'm guessing it's related to that. This was right at bra band height, but I'd not be surprised if I got more slidy discs than are diagnosed.
Wasn't quite hungry enough to attempt it this time. And I only had to lay down for about 15 mins before I could sit up without pain again.
My best guess is that my back REALLY didn't like me laying on my side during my pre-dinner nap? 🤷♂️
The good news is it seems positional and I've found the position that relieves the pain.
The bad news is that it's dinner time and the pain relieving position is flat on my back.
