In our new study, just published @plosbiology.org, we dive deeper into neural entrainment—how the brain synchronizes to rhythms in our environment—and explore whether transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) can modulate this process.
A new blood test for Alzheimer’s disease can accurately detect people with early symptoms, research suggests.
The test examines blood plasma levels of amyloid beta 42/40 & p-tau217 – both associated with amyloid plaque buildup, a hallmark of the disease.
