Okay I won't lie, I have ideas for how to do this but I want to see if one exists first because right now I'm more interested in running it than writing it. But I will write the game first if I need to.
Does anyone know a good #ttrpg for playing the leaders of an organization like an Adventurer's Guild? Something low in combat but high in social abilities and magic and maybe has something for dealing with the needs of an organization?

For my Sunday crew, it's that everyone deserves compassion and care, that no one should ever have to face death alone, and that nothing entitles you to hurt another. For my Tuesday crew, it's that evil done without witnesses is still evil and everyone has the ability to make their own choices.
The funniest part about having as much d&d in my week as I do is finding myself thinking about the wrong game on the wrong days. It's Tuesday, it should be time for The Strings that Bind but here I am thinking about the Imperial Gwishin Bureau. Whoops.
