Donald Trump is notorious for filing lawsuits at the drop of a hat. He's filed over 4,000 of them. Many for defamation.
But Donald *will not* sue Ted Lieu for defamation. Why? He's been told by lawyers that in defamation actions, truth is an absolute defense.
The cabinet has to do it and they are nothing without him. They were chosen to obey his every whim and they do. Congress should never have approved them, but Congress was mostly GOP then.
Congress had the power to impeach and remove. We need to win the midterms so a new blue Congress will do it

The judge ruled there’s “abundant evidence” Trump was subpoenaing the Fed chair “to harass and pressure Powell either to yield to the President or to resign.”
Luckily, they aren’t drones that go boom. I’d worry more about adversaries reverse engineering than a specific threat to the homeland.
But, this is an insane story. People don’t just waltz onto one of the most recognizable military bases in the US and walk out with 4 drones.
One thing I haven’t seen get a lot of coverage is Trump easing sanctions on Putin under the guise of helping oil prices.
Right now, supposedly the sanctions will go back into effect in a month, but I would absolutely pay attention to that.
The corruption of the Trump Administration remains so massive while also being so obvious that people just don’t know what to do. If Kushner was merely shaking someone down for $5,000 using his govt role, there’d be an outcry. But do it for $5,000,000,000 and mostly there’s 🤷♂️
