Definitely over here vibing.
That's a sick cover-all.

Definitely over here vibing.
That's a sick cover-all.
Very excited to watch "I want to play Setarra" become a reality.
Also to transplant that idea into a Doskvol that *doesn't* believe in demons with a capital D, is going to be SOO good.
Moot squad is assembling. Please stand by while your feed is invaded.
NOT A DRILL,
Navi's decided to return to social media. Everyone be cool.
Once again, I am broccoli, and your girl @navidrake.bsky.social is popcorn. Follow accordingly.
...for no particular reason, what are the maximum dimensions that are able to fit in your vending machine?
Partial credit, I suppose!
Skin of my teeth and seat of my pants, but we're struggling on.
No quit in us, Kaiya.
I dont think I've made a Boundless game yet. I'll start pitching Navi on it!
Need a game jam to kick off. Been a while since I made something in a frantic rush.
I have so many weird ideas and nowhere to put them.
She's unconvinced.
But it'd be Dark Souls as fuck, and it's not the first time the fog has made me think about it. Which means that I'll start a draft and probably shelve it until I figure out how to make it work.
There are all manner of strange things out there in the mist. Creatures evolving as they skitter out of your sight. Plants which wither and bloom and diversify between trips into the mist.
There's evidence of prior civilizations out there. Once the world was much bigger than it is now...
Once again pitching Navi on a system agnostic campaign setting based on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. The mists at the edge of the settled world mark a place where time passes at ruinous speed. This effect only stalls when it is actively being observed.
The grey, somnolent waters of the Allegheny river and the skeletal trees beyond frame a fogbank which has rolled over northern Oil City, showing only the barest glimpses of decaying homes under the shadow of the twin towers of a crumbling gothic revival cathedral.
Getting subtle hints that I should be writing a gothic novel.
Behold. My town.
She's a beauty! I'm in love.
I'm so excited to run Boundless Space tonight. The crew of the Better Lucky are going to have to find a way to get the corpo sig scrubbed off the Fabernacle's starship STL files, and that means they're going to have to deal with some unsavory sorts...
Also going to be ducking killer robots, natch..
Thank ya kindly, Belter.
-brain unlocking sounds-
The most succinct articulation of a thing stuck in my craw for like ten years. Can always count on @lumpley.bsky.social .
I'm here for the leafy sea-dragon energy-catchment skiffs...
Fish are so freaking cool.
Your request has been registered. Survival margins on the #5 super value combo have not been registered with the Board of Medical Statistics. Your waiver is waiting at the second window.
Sick! The prow is sooo good!
Would you like to supersize your appendectomy for a quarter more?
That'd be a jam, for sure. Currently its running on a heavily reworked Belonging Outside Belonging engine transplanted into a Firebrands chassis.
Easier for digital playtest. But some optional minigames based on Operation/Mousetrap/Don't Break The Ice/ a closet full of boardgames would be cool!
I'd answer, but you told me not to.
It's dramatic and tense and heartfelt and weird and my favorite techno-babble engine to date. That's enough for now. Ashcan forthcoming.
It is fun as fuck, besides.
I watched The Pitt and immediately found myself making a game about mech MDs.
I promise, I can be trusted with media. I am being so normal with this.
I'm in my "don't even bother with the human suit" era.
Sometimes we don't get to choose our elves.
Well, now it's both.
