We've been in Spain for 4.5 years. Now we're in the process of returning. It's incredibly difficult to make a living and watching the bottom fall out of the U.S. without being there to help (I'm a social worker) has been worse for my mental health than being in the thick of it.

I know nothing at all about this person, but as a therapist, nothing she said was wrong. 🤷 Psychedelics and ketamine have shown promise in treating certain mental health disorders and there are multiple trials and studies that are ongoing. The VA is using psychedelics on veterans with PTSD.
