hhhgugh i am so tired every morning i can easily sleep 12 hours every night with interruptions every 2 hours

my eating pattern is so frustrating bc i will eat within my limit during the day but once my first of like 5 nightly wakeups hits its like -drinks 32 oz of fruit punch and fucks it all up-

anddd ive committed to eating just the grilled nuggets and applesauce at work. -_- weight gain on a calorie defecit when i took olanzapine was crazy fml

ive instituted low cal snacks like rice cakes, graham crackers, real fruit popsicle, and craisins into my midnight snack arsenal but like. Man i love milk

Howverr. i bought a 16$ salad today instead of fried chicken but it was only 11$ because sign up gave me a 5$ off

weight loss is rly hard when u love the taste of ice cold subtley sweet creamy whole milk in the middle of the night
