I volunteer for an event i absolutely love this week end and it was my first Day today it was fun. We did some serigraphy.

The budget of Flow is 3.5 million eur. With a smaller budget there are limitations, but that can also lead to creative solutions. I think that it's very exciting that independent animation is being recognised which will allow more films like this to be made.

Instead of using storyboards, I design the scenes directly in 3d. This is necessery because of the long shots where the camera is moving a lot. I explore a rough version of the set with a virtual camera, often finding unxpected discoveries, almost like on a live-action film.

Some experimentations with blur and Light. Wanted to animate something out of it but i'm a bit struggling with animation these days
