The other funny thing is our normal hospital wasn’t open or there were no doctors there. So we went to a new hospital where we knew no one and nothing about how to even get there! I sort of hope my baby becomes a doctor when he grows up, we need more docs

Would like to keep this vibe going for as long as possible

I’ve heard the first baby is often the most difficult like this. I narrowly avoided a C-section though and also vacuum/forceps because lil dude was in the birth canal for a relatively long time. Thank god it all turned out okay

I straight up forgot to click the epidural button that would deliver more drugs to my spine, but I don’t think more painkillers would have helped. Near the end I was throwing up at the end of every contraction, mostly due to the movement, which is what I do at the end of endurance races also
