Definition of improving varies between characters. For Marty in particular, he wants to have more muscle tone, so he lets Bennett cook for him and put together workout plans so he can slowly gain more. By contrast, Ren likes being thinner, so staying slim in a healthy way is his goal.

Anything weird? Not exactly. Lark and Lin were initially two reflections of one person, so their builds were initially relatively identical, but as they became separate people altogether, I made their builds subtly different. Lin is more slim and practical, Lark is more shapely and aesthetic.

Most of my characters are designed to slot into any setting/TTRPG system, but their personal backstories stay fairly consistent between worlds. Even if I build them with one particular system in mind, the character and overall story arc can be tweaked fairly easily.
