I…earlier made a mistake of putting air plants in a closed terrarium. One of our air plants suffered (with rotten roots😭). Now the plants are happily outside and contemplating life with the kiwi bird. The terrarium awaits moss—I heard that moss would be happy there. We’ll monitor closely.

マストドン（fediverseとも言う）は、TwitterやBlueskyのような単一サーバの世界ではなくいろんなサーバの連合なのでそこがわかりにくいかもしれませんが、@fedibird.com は日本語話者ののえるさんがサーバ管理人で、とても親切な方なので、入りやすいです。

Twitterが「X」になったので避難先を求めておられる方も多いかと思います。個人的には…こちら青空にはDorsey由来ということで期待が大きかったのですが、mastodon/fediverse の方が居心地が良いです。なぜかというと、たぶん、少なくとも自分の場合は、声をかけてくれたり、反応してくれたりする人たちが、日本語圏でも英語圏でもずっと多いから。もちろん、ネットワークによることをわかっていますが、少なくとも自分の体験では、mastodon/fediverseの方がネットワークがずっと作りやすく、温かい世界だったということです。

お久しぶり＆ようこそ💜 とはいえ自分はfediverse (mastodon)の方によく行っているのと、TWを去ってからSNSでの時間が減っているのですが、また繋がることができて嬉しいです🤩
個人的には、TWで一番嬉しかったのはたまかさんのようにリアル世界でも繋がりたい方と繋がれたことでした。
でも去年の10月にTWを去ってからかなりデトックス効果があり、SNSそのものに使う時間が激減しました。今のところブルースカイは様子見的にお邪魔しているけれど、個人的にはTW時代のような時間の過ごし方はしないつもりだったりします😅

I'm seeing the death of TW as we know it. I do think it's healthy that ppl migrate to other platforms such as this one.
I do say though...
Bluesky is not a "friendly" environment. Mastodon/fediverse is. There's a friendly community there, where ppl proactively welcome you. I see none of that here.
TWがいよいよ滅亡し、他のプラットフォームに人々が移動しているのは、とても健全なことだと思います。
市場競争に関心のある方はピンとくるかもしれませんが、SNSは普通の製品市場とはちょっと違います。普通の製品なら品質の良し悪しによって別の製品に乗り換えることも容易ですが、SNS（ソーシャル・ネットワーク・サービス）の場合、
「あの人もやってる」
「つながっている仲間がいる」
という「ネットワーク効果」が絶大だからです。
自分もTWでそのネットワーク効果を享受していましたが、マスクの買収を機にTWから別のプラットフォームに移り、むしろ実生活が充実するという効果を得ています。
お悔やみ申し上げます。魚たちって繊細なんですよね…🥲

いちばん美味しかったのは、バニラアイスクリームと甘くないホイップクリームを浮かべたウィーン風アイスコーヒー。たくさん歩いた後では最高のpick-me-upでした。
ウィンナーシュニッツェルも美味しかった。うんと薄く叩いた肉をカリッと揚げた軽いカツレツ。レモンをたっぷり絞って、お供はラガータイプの爽やかなビール。

聖堂内部。荘厳な柱が林立し、中央には鮮やかな色彩の巨大な宗教画。
自分の近況。
仕事でウィーンに行っていました。ずっと会議続きだったけれど、最終日は街を歩くことが出来ました。
歴史が克明な足跡を刻んだ、美しい街です。
…と、久しぶりに青空に来てfediverse の良さを語るのであった😅
当たり前ですがSNSが面白くなるのはどんなネットワークをcurate出来るかによるので、自分が努力・engageしないと面白くはならないんですよねー。
Fediverse の方が投稿可能な字数が多いのできちんと概念や情報、意見、印象を表現し理解することが出来る。また、QTが基本「無い」ので、横からの要らない絡みがなくて安心です。
Blueskyよりfediverse の雰囲気の方が好きなのであまり来ていませんが、青い鳥がいなくなったことで青空に移住する人が増えるかもしれませんね。
自分は、昨年10月にTWを去りfediverse に居を移して以来、SNS自体へのアクセスが減りました。代わりに、本を読んでいます。この変化は自分にとっては、良いものです。

I never knew about this comic even though I grew up in Japan.
