Yesterday was such an idyllic day. I went for a nice hike on the coast in the morning, collected up walnuts in the afternoon, then when Jason got home from work we did our workout. The weather was warm and sunny, and I spent most of the day naked 😊

Each evening, the setting sunshine streams in through my bedroom window.

I was recently introduced to Werrong Beach by another nudist friend. It's a bit of a trek to get access, but it's totally worth it once you reach this amazing beach.

Yeah, it was lovely but the sea was just a tad too rough for my mate (the photographer) to enjoy as he's not a swimmer. First beach day of the season though, so plenty more opportunities coming!

We try our best to get by as adults, but inside, we’re really just big kids. It’s so important for our mental health to be silly and have fun sometimes. Getting naked is the perfect way to bring out the inner child, forget the stresses of life, and enjoy the moment.
