It’s also funny that it took a collaboration for these habitats to really come alive.

I think the most impressionable thing Pokopia has done to my brain is that it’s showing me that these pokemon have more habitats than just “inside cave, building or wild grass” and it’s pretty cool. Like of course Mareep likes to live around old world vending machines with overgrown grass. Who knew?

Would love to find an inexpensive area rug that cats will love tearing up but it won’t look like shit when they do

I was out yesterday and when I got in from arrival duty. I got so many hugs from my kids asking me where I was yesterday.

Went and saw a circus with my students. 2 field trips here in a single year.

Also @supersnazzi.bsky.social one of the performers did a unicycle piece to Walking on a Dream by empire of the sun and I was prob the one person in the audience vibing really hard.

I made Onix and Venusaur be roommates in Pokopia because I’m chaotic evil.

I’m only in area 2. Been maxing my environment before moving on. I know I’m prob making the game harder on myself that way lmao.

I played an hour this morning. Had pidgey following me while we ran around using the dowsing machine to find relics and that’s all I did. Idk why I just love Pidgey helping me find stuff. 😭😭😭

Been seeing a lot of talk how Pokopia is moving switch 2’s fast. One Reddit thread talked about 2-3 being sold a day since Pokopia released.

Yeah. I was gonna say this is prob the best 3D pokemon game out there.

The last time I played this clean of a pokemon game (meaning it doesn’t run like poop) was prob DS era.

Pokopia is proof in the pudding that gamefreak should ask for help more often and should collaborate with other devs for anything pokemon going forward.
